No early termination charge?

I signed up for Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra Broadband and in the description of the product it states that the ETC is £0.00.
I've got 16 months remaining on my account - am I going to be charged when I cancel and move to another service?
Attached is the basket details after I signed up with Plusnet via their customer retention department back in January 2022.
I'm confused because the document I received from Plusnet states no ETC, but the documentation on the website says otherwise.

Welcome to the forums, @SimonWo . I could be wrong, but it would need a Plusnet staff member to confirm - I believe that 'basket' detail is wrong - unless you somehow negotiated it. Unless you did somehow arrange this, the terms and conditions contained in the online documentation are the legal position.
