No "Your Plusnet bill is ready to view" email for October

I usually get this email on the 23rd of the month without fail, but I've not had one for October, the bill was paid today. I was just wondering why there was no email to let me know that a payment was about to be taken ?

Hi Will, no I didn't, I spoke to someone about cancellation charges, I should be switching over to Freeola on the 15th so the question is mute really. My reason for switching has nothing at all to do with the question.
