hi after I received the email for reward card and submitted the claim form, I got a phone call saying I need to contact a company called Blackhawk with a 11digits number to claim the reward. I’m worried it might be a scam so haven’t made the move. Could you confirm this is normal and I can call Blackhawk? Could you confirm a telephone number of Blackhawk. Thanks

There is currently a known issue with some promotion offers on some accounts however I will be chasing this up with our billing operations team to check for an update on the incident.

@Meeshy1987, it appears you might be affected by this issue as well I can see the promotion code is on your account you should get it in due course, I will check back on your account in the coming days to ensure you have received it

Same situation for me please. Reward Card provider has same that Plusnet hasn't sent my order information over to them so they cannot do anything. My broadband username is alfiecranmer123
