No reward card or email

Signed up for Plusnet in March and service has now been live for over a month. Up to now I haven't had any emails or postal delivery through from Plusnet or Purecard with my reward or how to claim for it. Please can someone confirm when I should expect this?

I am also having this issue. Been with Plusnet since 4th March 2025. @plusnet please look into mine too...

@chrisgt4191 I have raised this off to our back office escalation team to investigate, as soon as they respond I will update you.

 

@wharvy00 I don't see any promo code or information on the account regarding signing up with the offer, please could you let me know how you placed the order (e.g. Plusnet direct website or third party, etc).

I joined direct via Plusnet - purely to get this offer!
If it helps, having claimed the reward, I have an email, sent to me on 25th March confirming the reward is on its way.
