Opt out from BT Sport subscription

Hi,

I cannot find any link to let me opting out from BT sport subscription. What can I do?

@htang193 Welcome to the Community forum.

If you waiy for a Plusnet staffer to come along they will put a ticket on your account to which you can respond, cancelling the subscription. You just need to be patient as they are stretched at the moment.

I'm really sorry for how long it's taken to get back to you. We've been quite busy recently so it's taking longer than we'd like to reply.

I've created a ticket on your account regarding this. If you can respond by going here I'll get the BT Sport app removed for you

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
