Out of contract problem

Hello,
Yesterday I received an email from Plusnet to remind me I am not currently in a minimum term contract for my broadband and line rental and that I'm currently paying the out of contract price of £41.75 per month.
Looking at my account details it shows that I am currently out of contract and my previous contract was for 18 months, start date 11th June 2020 and end date 10th December 2021.
My contract was actually renewed for 12 months on the 8th December 2021, and I have been paying the correct in contract price (£23.99) since that date, so I should still be in contract until December 2022.
Can someone from Plusnet please look into this before I get billed for the higher amount next week.

I'm really sorry to see what's happened. Should be fixed now so that your contract ends on the 10th December. The discounts are still applied until then as well. Let me know if there's anything else you'd need help with.
