Paid my bill but still Asking for payment? Plus restrictions

Hi all been trying to ring customers service but no luck so came to here as am kinda of annoyed that I paid my pail on the 23rd thinking it would help as iof Christmas but I’m still getting your bill is due when I login plus restrictions so they still haven’t received it in 5 days? I always ring to pay my bill but couldn’t get thru so used the online page, making me want to change as not first time.
