Paying a missed bill

I've recently switched to a different provider and cancelled my direct debit, but I still have the last bill due in two weeks. my account is now closed, how can I resolve this issue?

Fix

Phone support and ask them to take payment using a card.

Why did you cancel the DD?  That usually just gives rise to complications in paying the final bill...

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

You need to ring in and speak to Plusnet.

Do not delay or it will be passed to Debt Collectors and incur extra charges and hassle.
