Hi Louise,

My colleague in the NetOps team has manually removed the failed payment restriction from a backend system. Your account will still show as in failed payment though, but you should be able to get online now at least.

Can you let me know if that's worked?

So the payment has eventually bounced back and i have paid again but it is saying there is still an outstanding balance of 7.50?

So my account is still showing restricted as an extra 7.50 has been added on over something that wasn’t my fault too start with I had actually paid it in plenty time.
