Phone Fault Compensation

My home phone went off on 19 December 2023 and was reported to Plusnet on the same day.  There was no dial tone and phone calls could not be made in or out.  The fault was resolved on 30 December 2023.  I have checked my bill and have been credited with £9.33.  I understand from reading the Ts & Cs that I should receive £9.33 for each day after the first two working days that my service isn’t fixed.  How do I go about getting my account updated with the correct compensation?
