Phone lines saying open 8-8 but when you call says lines are closed

I'm trying to contact plusnet it says there customer service is open 8-8 7 days a week but says lines closed when you call ive tried six different number and still get lines are closed I'm struggling to pay this month's bill and need to speak to someone as they have cut me off and I need signal to be able to call medical professional and relieve calls from them due to my disability

Can't help with your specific problem but have you registered with PN as a vunerable person?

 

If not, do so by logging into your Member's page and you should find a link under My Account (at least I think that's where it is).

@Philthirkell Just tried 0330 123 9123 and it works as expected. Are you calling from a mobile or landline?

I just tested 0800 432 0200 and it was answered quickly.  I listened to the instructions but didn't actually press option2 which apparently is the one you need for billing queries.

I`m not sure if the Customer Options number 0800 013 2632 is of use even though this is the number I used to recontract with Plusnet recently and got through fairly quickly, roughly less than a minute and then chose the `option` I wanted from the recorded message. Spoke to a really helpful chap too!

I`ve noticed members posting the 03 number recently and wondered if Plusnet are only using their 0800 free call number for retentions? 

@RobPN - The number you gave is probably the better option though. Hope you managed to get through @Philthirkell
