Phone service still suspended days after paying my bill

Hey, so basically my services were suspended due to an overdue balance, but I cleared said balance days ago and although my broadband was reinstated, I am still unable to make any outgoing calls.
I'm checking if there's any way to fix this besides calling customer services (as they're closed)? Maybe some 'Out of Hours' tech support line or live chat page or something?

Yeah I plan on it, I was just checking to see if there was any alternative to only being able to get help during customer service phone line operating hours, like most companies tend to have some sort of out of hours facility for tech support or whatnot.
