Plus net reward card

I signed up on 17 March choosing plusnet through uswitch as they were offering a £110 reward card. I checked again when signing up that it was a perk, I’ve signed up my internet is up and running and I haven’t had anything regarding the reward card. Please can you advise and issue the card

Same issue, have confirming email from PlusNet stating now resolved - all lies. Have now complained to Ombudsman as nothing is or will happen going through PlusNet

I guess this happen a lot reward card looking scamie I got a number to call from somebody on Plusnets x account to call about following up with a company called blackhawk supposed to send out the cards but this number given 03813815059 is invalid not a real number, surely it's easier not to make fake promises of rewards than to lie about it and get harassed by customers enquiring constantly
