1. Ordered Plusnet Fibre
2. Got router - fibre doesn't work as its FTTP only where I live
3. Cancelled Plusnet Fibre same day
4. Told I was going to be charged a cancellation fee.
5. Complained multiple times and was eventually was told that I would not be charged anything.
6. Got charged £20 anyway.
7. A week later got an email saying I was going to be charged £120.
8. Complained again and was told to cancel my direct debit.
9. Got an email threatening me with debt collection

I am sorry for the issues with your service and that you have received fees when you were advised you wouldn't.
