I agreed a new 24-month contract for unlimited broadband last month and today plusnet has charged standard line rental price of £21.22 as the monthly discount has not been applied at all to my account. Plusnet why can't you just get it right first time every time ? You require me to be subject to your terms and you don't even charge the cost that was originally agreed !

Thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm sorry to see what's happened here, your bill was produced a few hours before we got to the account, to add on the correct discount which was agreed on your most recent contract. This does appear to have been rectified now, and a resolution payment with the difference has also now been processed.
Given tat you've also raised this complaint online, you'll soon be assigned a case handler, I've updated the ticket on the account though so they'll be aware of what's gone on.
