Hi @Ringwood I'm sorry to hear your direct debit failed. I can see that you've now made this payment.
Not many companies will attempt a direct debit for a 2nd time, once it fails the first time a manual payment is needed. Even if restrictions have been applied and you get the splash screen, you'll be able to go on to our website and make the payment, we don't restrict this option.

It isn't possible to use your <Redacted> website when you cut people off.
