Plusnet locked my account for security reasons

So I get an email saying you've opened ticket 237172397 because somebody has tried to access my account and that Plusnet is going to lock the account for security reasons.
I go to fix it by following the instructions and changing my password only to find out that my DSL light is on but the internet isn't, I'm guessing because of the password being locked. So I use my mobile, then I find that I can't login to my broadband account because the username name/password is now wrong.
So long story short, how do I log in to change my account password if you've locked the account?

Ignore, I think I've sorted it. Don't like using a tiny mobile screen to do stuff but I think I managed.
