Plusnet not applying credit to account

Plusnet messed up my home move in May. They told me I would receive credit for every day I went without services (11 days totalling £67 odd) and would also apply a £25 good will gesture. It is now July, I have phoned 3 times. The £67 credit is still not applied, despite it being nearly months since they resolved the issue. Each time I’m promised it will be applied, and they leave a note to confirming this on my account, and every single time the credit does not apply. Has anyone had similar issues? I’m honestly getting so annoyed at the situation.

Hi Matthew,

Thank you for the update. This is quite annoying given that 3 PlusNet staff have all provided the same incorrect information. Can you please provide a timeline on how long your suggested fix will take, and why you have referred this back to another member of staff rather than just resolving the issue by yourself given you know what is incorrect? Thanks.
