Plusnet refund cheque bounced

I cancelled your services and was issued a refund cheque, which has bounced 'unpaid cheque'. How do I get a new cheque issued?

Hi @jandrews1471, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to cash the cheque you've received. I've been unable to locate your account with the details of your forum account so if you could please drop us the username for your account over private message then we'll happily take a look into this further for you.

Thanks a lot for providing us with the details. As we're outside of working hours at the moment, we'll be passing this matter across to our Billing Team on Monday and will keep you updated in regards to getting a new cheque sent out. In the meantime, please can you provide us with your full address as we don't hold this information on the account anymore.
