Plusnet seem to be inventing billing amounts ...

I wrote this  just here ..

but there has been no response from Plusnet staff.  So this is another post to see if anyone takes any notice of their customers ...

I've just received an email stating "We'll soon be taking a payment of £51.89 for your service"

Where has that amount come from ?

Please fix it ... and fix your system ..."

If you provided a means of contacting staff directly, other than hanging on a phone, then I'd use that.

As there isn't, I'm posting here.
