Plusnet, why have you removed my £10 discount?

This has happened before. I don't understand how it would happen with an automated process such as billing. Please sort it out ASAP. I'm not at the end of my contract. If I am wrong please let me know and I will change provider.

Spoke to plusnet this morning and they said they will re-instate it.
