Pressed something when I shouldn't have.

Oops!

I was looking at a way to stop SMS messages and clicked on the link to do with my phone call features which seems to have triggered an order process.  I have since received an email stating Plusnet Call Protect has been removed.  Can someone reverse this order as I need the service back on.

Do you need further info about my account to carry out the above?

I can't seem to do anything inside my account myself as the order has stopped me from doing so.

Thanks

Re: Pressed something when I shouldn't have.

Fix

Hi @Bluesplayer

I'm sorry to hear this happened.

The call protect is still showing as active on our end but I can see it's been removed on our supplier's end.

I've readded it on for you now and it should be up and running within the hour.

If it's still not working let me know

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Re: Pressed something when I shouldn't have.

It appears everything is in place, but there is a fault.  When attempting to block a repeat offender, it fails as the number is already in my diverted caller list.  The number, though, isn't being diverted.  The last number was an 0800 number if that is anything to do with it, but it looks like something isn't active somewhere along the way.
