Price increased on 31 March but my contract started on 7 April

Hi there, I just checked my bill details and found that my monthly rate was changed to 28.99 but my contract clearly stated that my contract rate, which newly started on 7 April, is 25.99 and to be increased to 28.99 on 2026 only. Never experienced this before. May I know if it is a stanard practice of Plusnet to adjust the monthly rate even before contract start? Quite scary and I'm contacting my old provider as I might need to switch back then.

I wouldn't worry, if you look through this page on the forum you'll see there’s a few of us with the same issue. I'm sure they'll get the scrip working properly eventually.
