Hi, I recently agreed a 12 month broadband renewal for £19.99 normally pay £20.49 but bill is £28.09. help please

Hi @mattjago84 the first bill from a renewal/upgrade can vary depends on the time of when the bill is produced and the renewal went active. This will rectify itself on the next months bill, it normally means your bill was generated before the renewal went live.
