Product Change Full fiber - Not Taken an effect

Hi,

 

I opted for an upgrade to service from 300Mb's to 500Mb's. The confirmation mentioned it to take place today. But nothing has happend, im still only getting 300. 

 

When i log into my account the contract hasn't changed. And i get:

 

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.

As "today" hasn't ended yet (so there's still time), or typically connection changes occur in the early hours of the following morning, wait until say 8am tomorrow and try doing a power off of the Openreach ONT, count to ten, and then power back on, to force a re-sync of your connection with it's new settings, then re-test your connection speeds using an ethernet connected computer or laptop.

@paldridge90433 Hi there, i took a quick peep into your account and the product change has been confirmed as completed as of 9am this morning. In theory your speeds should've automatically been increased, if they haven't try a quick ONT re-boot and you should be good to go.
