Product change in progress

Hi there,     When I login to my account I get the message below even though the last change to my account was made months ago: 

 

I can see other posters on the forum have had this resolved but I can't see a fix.  Can someone help me please?

Hi @fluffy_morson,

From what I can see there are call features showing in your account, which haven't yet activated. I've manually pushed them through and the error should be gone for you within 24 to 48 hours. Smiley

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Should be sorted now as the call features have been activated. The error may return in a couple of hours and if so it should go away again by itself within a few days as the account fully updates.
