Hello, I have changed my last name by deed poll and can’t see where to update this. Please can you help? I would also like to update my email address. Many thanks 🙏

@emmamcd you cant update it yourself, you will need to wait for a staff member who will raise a 'ticket' fro you to supply the required documentation of the name change.

I would also like to update my email address.

If you are referring to the contact email address on your account, that can easily be changed. Login to your account at the member center https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login and then click the 'Manage account details' link ( toward the RHS just below the Notification bell icon ). You can edit the email address there.
