I was being dealt with by a member of staff from Plusnet but I haven’t been able to get hold of them for the last 3 days…can someone answer my question for me on here please?
My bill seemed to be a lot more than I was expecting this month but I believe this is due to me renewing my contract half way through the month and charges for my new router…but what I would like answered is going forward I will be charged the amount that I and Plusnet agreed to?
So next months bill will be correct? Unless there’s any charges outside of my plan?
