I’ve recently re-contracted, having increased my broadband speed from 300Mbps to 500Mbps.
My previous contract had over 18 months left to run, obviously having re-contracted I’ve entered into a new 24 month contract.
Does the new contract afford me the option of a 14 day cooling off period? Am I entitled to cancel and leave Plusnet or would I revert back to my previous contract?
