Referral not implemented

I recently referred a friend to switch to Plusnet from BT. Their service has been active for over a month but there is no sign of the referral on my account neither pending nor active. Should I get my friend to chase this up with customer services or should I?

Hi @TooManyPies  You'll need to get your friend to get in touch and provide your username for the referral.

That's what my friend did when he signed up but it doesn't appear to have been actioned.
