Referral

I have been getting £1.25 for a broadband and phone referral for some time now. The person I referred has now upgraded to Full Fibre. Consequently my referral has been reduced to 75p. I checked the portal and it should have remained at £1.25.
I contacted customer service on Monday and they confirmed this was the case and said they would get this rectified, but nothing appears to have changed.
Can this be checked please?

Are you checking your bill or the referral portal? If the latter, this'll be updated shortly, but regardless though the correct referral discount should still be received. Drop me a PM, if you prefer to discuss privately. Smiley
