Refund Following Cancelation

I paid first months broadband and an installation charge of around £75, the first engineer to arrive was not able to complete the installation for a reason I did not understand, the second was also not able to complete the installation for whatever reason.
A third appointment was made, the engineer did not show, shortly after I received an automatic cancellation and was told I am due credit of around £27 which will be taken off my next bill.

Obviously I will not have a next bill as I still have nothing to do with Plusnet.

So I am in need of my full amount that I have paid back, seeing as nothing has been installed and I have had my order cancelled.

Or am I not entitled to this money back?

If you give our guys a call on 0800 013 2632 they will be able to advise. Their opening hours are: 

Monday - Friday 8am-8pm
Saturday 9am - 7pm
Sunday 9am - 6pm
