Refund not received

Hi back in August I cancelled my mobile contract. In September payment was still taken and on the bill it appears as my account is in credit. Recently I received a notification saying my account has been closed by Plusnet, so I don't think I'm going to receive the credit I'm due. How can I go about receiving the balance I'm due? Thanks

Hey @marcodigio,

If there was an outstanding credit on the account as it was being cancelled, this will be automatically refunded back to you Smiley Are the Direct Debit details you'd used to make payments on that account still valid, or have they since expired?

Hi, thank you for the reply. The direct debit details are still valid. But it has been a while since I closed the account with plusnet. Didn't think it would take this long.
