Renewal/Billing issue

Can someone from Plusnet help please?
I signed up to a new offer/renewal deal on 10th April 2023 at a price of 25.99 per month. My online account is still showing a message that I still have a product change in progress. And my latest bill for June has just been billed as £43.19 so I'm not sure what's going on.

I recieved an email to say my new plan was commencing on 11th April so I don't understand why it's still showing as change in progress. Or why the bill is 43.19?

Please can someone look into this and get back to me please?

Hi @Css501 

Apologies it looks like the renewal was stuck in our systems.

I've manually completed the renewal and credited your account to cover the overcharging.

Let me know if there are any further issues.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
