Renewal Price?

Hi just renewed my contract for 18 mths & noticed the price is £23.99 not £22.99 as my reminder email offered & is still available on site also. Just wondered if anything else added I missed? Appreciate any help

I have just upgraded to Fibre for £21.50 pm. Only to be told by notification email that it would be £41.70! is this something I should be worried about, or is it just a standard message?

Thanks a lot for getting in touch @joecool, I'm not sure why that's happened to be honest, first time I've seen something like that. 

not to worry, I've just amended the discounts on your account to reflect the deal that you signed up on. Let me know if you have any further issues tomorrow when your bill is produced.
