Renewed But Contract Price Not Changed

Renewed my BB contract on Friday evening with a new contract start date of today, 13th, for 18 mths.  Contract is now showing as 12th November 25 end date but contract price has remained the same, not the new agreed lower price. Only a few pence but still my few pence.

Change already in progress banner has reappeared on the account so maybe ........

And now it's gone again.

Account now showing new correct price but bill has not taken change of contract into account, just removed the part month charge and added it back again.  Not a problem as it only works out to about 10p (and I have received more than that in the past because the computer can't count so let's call it quits 🤔) but not a good sign that the billing process cannot cope with a simple change of contract mid billing period.
