Renewed contact - bills incorrect

Hello,

Renewed my contract on 9-11-21 at a discounted price, November bill didn't reflect the new price so a credit was applied. My December bill is also for the standard price, and the account is still showing that a product change is in place. Can anyone look into or offer advice?
