Renewed contract but forgot to ask for new Hub Two

I recently renewed my contract with Plusnet with a call to the Customer Options Team, but I forgot to ask about getting a new Hub Two.
Some time ago my Hub One stopped working, I didn't enquire about getting a replacement at the time as instead I got hold of a BT Smart Hub (v1) - which is compatible with Plusnet and also features the ability to turn off the LED lights, useful as it resides in a bedroom!
I am just wary that it too might go kaput at some point, so upgrading to the Hub Two would be good. My renewed contract (24 month term) has not yet kicked in if that makes any difference.
What's the best way to approach this?
