Renewed contract price incorrect.

A few days ago I accepted the a contract renewal via a link in a plusnet email. It took me to a plusnet contract renewal page that offered an 18 month contract for £21.99/Month plus £6.99 for Hub 2 postage, which I accepted. The email I received confirming the contract also shows £21.99.

The new contract is showing on my plusnet Home page but the contract amount shows £23.19.

 Is this a mistake? if so then I would like to get this resolved before my next bill.

Hi Macazon1, sorry about the issue with that. I can see a problem with discounts. I'll get that put right for you.

 

Would it be OK to credit the over-payment from your next bill?

If the new rate has been charged then that is OK with me if it is refunded in the next bill.
