Hi ClaudiaG23. Thanks for picking this up for me, much appreciated. My account page hasn`t changed yet but I imagine it will once my May bill is generated and the DD taken. However, I re-contracted (which began on 15th April) for £25.99p a month so if my May bill is still a bit out of sync due to the changes/discounts made, will my June bill go back to £25.99p a month please?

My payment for May is pending (email received) and will be for £4.74p for this month. I take it this is because adjustments have been made from my last billing when I changed my contract and my bill for June will be for the normal £25.99p? 

 

I will keep an eye on this but just wanted to post an update on what`s appeared since a ticket was raised for me by ClaudiaG23.

Just an update. My next billing email has arrived for June and will be the correct monthly amount to be taken on or after June 19th for £25.99p. 👍 The ticket for this can now be closed, thanks.
