I am trying to renew my contract that ends on the 25th July. I have an email from you that states I can have 18 months for 20.99 a month yet when I click on the link it says the offer is unavailable. I just want to keep the standard broadband for now and evening and weekend calls but when I click through to do this I just get a notification that I have not changed anything and my bills will be the same.
I was hoping to be able to do this quickly online and not have to phone up. Is this possible?

@Albut17 Unfortunately, the Accounts function at PN is, shall we say, unreliable. Sadly, you will have to call up, and have the offer in front of you. COTs (Customer Options) on 0800 013 2632 should be able to action the offer.
