There are similar posts but not up to date?
My renewal letter arrived a couple of days ago, the offer for broadband unlimited fibre extra is about fifteen pounds a month less than the current cost. It explicitly includes line rental charges. This can't be right surely? The cost breakdown shows no charge for the broadband, everything loaded onto the line charges. The cost is good for the next 18 months, not including inflation-linked rises. I'm not sure this passes the smell test, but on the face of it makes staying with my current PN arrangement a sensible idea - agreed?

I would suggest you phone PlusNet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 to confirm exactly what the offer is.

It explicitly includes line rental charges.
@mechanic123 it will likely include the basic line rental BUT it won't include any call plan you may currently have.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
