Hello, I never received my £70 reward-card introduction e-mail. Please help.

Reward Cards and Cashback
You'll be sent an email to the address you gave when you signed up. You'll normally receive this within 10 working days of your service being activated. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder before contacting support.
You then need to follow the link in the email which remains valid for two months after being sent. You should get your reward within 30 days of receiving confirmation. If you've signed up for an offer which automatically redeems your reward, you'll receive it within 30 days of your service being activated. Your reward will be sent either by post or email.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hi,
My broadband went live on 25 Nov but I've not received any correspondence regarding the £50 Reward Card. I've checked my spam folder and nothing. Can someone look into this for me please?

Hi, I am having the same issue. My broadband went live at the end of November but there's still no sign of the email to claim my reward card. I have checked spam folders and it's not there. Is anyone here able to help?
