Reward card - Where is it? do i need top apply? if so how?

Signed up to plusnet full fibre that came with a reward card, this was a month ago it went live on the 21st of March.

However nothing has arrived in the post, and no email with details on how to apply ( if that is what is required) has arrived,  there has been no communication about the rewaerd card from Plusnet , other than the advertised one when signing up

If you look at some of the other threads here e.g

You will see that there is an issue with sending the emails out.

I'm sure a staff member will be along shortly to check your status

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I am sorry for the ongoing delays in you redeeming the gift card. I have forwarded correspondance to the back office team to ascertain the status of the reward and we will be in contact in due course to advise further once we receive a response.
