Reward card not received

Seems like a very common issue.  I went live on 21st March and am due an £80 reward card for signing up via MoneySavingExpert - so far nothing received.

I have the same issue - signed up on 18 March 2025 and have paid 2 bills so far - nothing received about the reward card.

 

Plusnet is the only BB provider that I've come across that doesn't have a chat facility - this could have been so easily resolved by chat!

I am sorry for the ongoing delays you are experiencing with the redemption of the gift cards. Please could you advise your first name and/or account username @modus so we can identify your details on our systems. In terms of your situation @garrijp I have located your details and forwarded details to our back office team so we can establish the status of the reward.

Hi I have not had my reward card either , no contact or email received. Seems to be an ongoing problem with Plusnet.

Hi everyone.

 

I have forwarded all the details onto the back office team so they can verify the eligibility of the gift cards. Please note, there has been a widespread issue whereby the applicable data has not been submitted to the third party partner gift card team nevertheless please be assurred the back office team are working tirelessly to remedy and implement the required fix.

 

We will be in contact to advise further once we receive an update.
