Reward card

When I signed up for Plusnet broadband this included an offer for a reward card. I have not had any communication about this. How do I claim it? My service was activated on 21/10/24.

Re: Reward card

@LisaT you should have receieved an email within 30 days of the service going live, to the contact address on your account, with a link to claim the reward card.

I suggest you first check that the email han't gone to your spam/junk box and if not then call customer services.

Re: Reward card

Would that be a physical card, or a 'card' that requires ownership of a smartphone?

Re: Reward card

It’s a physical card. Hopefully a moderator will chase this up for you.

@spile moderators are users , just like you and I. They have no access to account information. There are Plusnet staff who monitor this forum and will pick this thread up but it may take a day or two.
