Sent offer in Email but not available when click it!

I received an email telling me that my contract was due to expire soon and that I could renew for £27.99 a month on a 12 month contract but when I click on the 'renew my contract' link in the email and select my address it tells me that this offer is no longer available and the best I can have is £28.99 on an 18 month contract.

The email came on the 8th of October and I tried to renew on the 9th.

What is the point of sending an offer if it is not available almost immediately?Huh

@Red_devil This is an often-found problem. Call Customer Options on 0800 013 2632, quote them that email - including any references you can find on it, and they should honour it.

Thanks for the advice.

Unfortunately the on hold music is so cr*p that I'd sooner pay the extra £1 a month than have to listen to it for more than 30 seconds. A deliberate ploy to dissuade callers perhaps?

No, it isn't - but if you go that way - your choice.
