Setting up Power of Attorney

Good afternoon, my father has moved into a care home and I need to cancel his Plusnet account. Is there an email address to which I can sent the necessary Power of Attorney document?

Unless anything has changed since 2020...

You can do this by using the options below

• Scanned and sent via email to postroom@plus.net
• A photocopy, sent by letter, to the following address:

• • Plusnet PLC
    The Balance
    2 Pinfold Street
    Sheffield
  • S1 2GU

If you have a recent LPA and have the ability to generate an 'access code' ( https://www.gov.uk/view-lasting-power-of-attorney ) then I believe Plusnet can accept that and will be able to use that to view the LPA
