I signed up for Fibre 300 broadband in January and while reviewing my finances I've realised I've been overcharged. I signed up via Uswitch for this speed at £29.99 per month but instead, I've been charged £32.99 which then increased to £35.60 in April.
I know it's only a couple of pound but I went with Plusnet over another provider because they were the better deal. I am planning to speak to Plusnet but I'm also wondering if I am missing something about the difference in charges?
This email shows the deal I had in my basket but the email I received when I made the purchase stated it was £32.99. I realise I should have raised this at the time but I'd just moved house and had so much going on. Is there any hope in this being honoured? Thanks in advance
