Signing up to plusnet, £3 price rise for the off???

Nope, taking my mobile number out still results in the same four useless options.

@jab1   Seems to depend on where in the country you are.

In London at the moment and I get if you are already with Plusnet press 1, or if you are thinking of joining press 2.

Regional based IVR maybe!!

Gawd knows, @Mustrum . I'll give it 24 hours and see if calling again just gives me the simple option 1/option 2, or the 4 options again, now that I have 'unlinked' my mobile number.

Tried 0800 013 2632 option 2, currently coming upto 25 minutes on hold

time to give up

will try tommorow - and if the price rise jjust after signing up is gone may try the online sign up
